In the mysterious and surreal zone between Tehran and Winnipeg, the destinies of many characters are intertwined in a surprising and mysterious way. Elementary school students Negin and Nazgol find a sum of money frozen in ice and ask to collect it. Meanwhile, Massoud leads a group of increasingly bewildered tourists around Winnipeg’s sights and historic sites. Matthew quits his pointless job at a government agency in Quebec and embarks on a mysterious journey to visit his mother. Space, time and personal identities interpenetrate, intertwine and reflect in a surreal comedy of disorientation.
